Prolific Shooting and Vertical Leap

The problem with wanting to improve vertical leaps and not get results is maybe the methods you are using are wrong. Just because vertical exercises mean jumping does not mean you can avoid getting the program, and decide to practice jumping on your own. Its not that simple. There is a scientific method to any reliable and effective vertical training program. Go online and search for feedback from current and past users of a vertical training program, and you will see that they do weight, stretching, abdominal, leg , back, and upper torso exercises as well as jumping exercises. If youre still not convinced, why not sit in a vertical class, or talk to professional coaches and athletes. Theyll all say the same thing – vertical training works because its based on an excellent method.
